Q: Is this a digital item? Should I purchase only one?
A: Yes. It is a digital image I email you... that is formatted for print. You can choose 5x7 or a 4x6 size at checkout. 4x6 is less expensive to have printed if on a budget.
Q: Will I have trouble getting it printed at a professional photo lab?
A: These designs are intended to be printed from home printers. If you are going to use a photo lab I recommend checking with your preferred vendor prior to purchase to see if they take a print release. (NOT ALL MY CARDS HAVE PRINT RELEASES SO JUST CONTACT ME)
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT to know that copyright restrictions on the characters only permit graphics to be used for a one time personal use. Not all photo labs are aware of this policy and if you are printing from a photo lab and have issues with them refusing to print for you, please try another photo lab, print at home yourself, or think about going green and Facebook or email your invites!
Q: What kind of photo do I need?
A: A cellphone camera can work if the quality is set to 3m or higher before the photo is taken. The photo needs to be very large in size. Each card design is different so please read description under preferred card for more details or contact me.
Q. Can I change the Birthday Card to a Baby Shower, Baptism or another type of party?
A: Yes. As long as the wording fits.
Q: What format is the file I will be receiving?
A: I send 300dpi High resolution JPG files. Some of the party package items will be in PNG format. If you prefer another format just let me know.
Q: Can I get a card in a different language?
A. Yes. I can place any language. *On the languages that use symbols, the font style will not look like the sample.
All orders must be completed within 30 days. Any order over 30 days will be closed out and no refunds will be given.
